This study investigated the effect of individualism-collectivism cultural tendency, empathy and
conformity on perception of victims in school bullying phenomena. We had junior high school
students imagine a school bullying situation and asked them to rate the impression appraisal and
attractiveness of the victim, and willingness to help the victim. The results of this study were as
follows: Collectivism cultural tendency and empathy significantly influenced on impression
appraisal and attractiveness of the victim and willingness to help him. And individualism cultural
tendency and conformity significantly influenced on attractiveness of the school bullying victims
and willingness to help.

The concepts of rasa and Bhava are basic to the understanding of natya or “theatre” as presented
by Bharata, which has influenced the dramatic literature and performing arts in India for centuries.
According to Bharata, “Natya is a descriptive or representational statement of the emotional states
(Bahvas) of the three worlds” (N.S.1.107). Rasa is the emotional content which is produced by the
fusion of the different element of constructions of a piece of creative work. Rasa is the essence of
literary and dramatic art for conveying an intense emotional experience. The art presentation
evokes from us an appropriate emotional response.

Different from traditional way of presenting stimuli with abrupt onset in most ERP studies,
symbol strings were translated relative to sightline to imitate natural reading. It was found that the
head and the end symbol of the strings evoked exogenous components but the symbols in the
middle of the strings did not. Based on such findings an imitated natural reading ERP(INRP)
technique was developed, by which the endogenous components related to cognitive processing
can be extracted directly. Being able to overcome some shortcomings of conventional transient
ERP techniques, INRP seems to be a useful tool to study cognitive processes.

Personality is probably the main domain of investigation concerning staff's selection. This
personality is frequently measured using jointly several tools, the objective of this conjunction
being to compensate the bias inherent to each of the tools used separately. We wanted to study
here the efficiency of this procedure. For that, we analyzed the possible correlation between the
results of graphological analysis and the results of one Big Five family's test. The exam of the
results puts in evidence that this conjoined use only provides an illusory efficiency.
