(1) A/D test register (ADTES)<br />

This register is used to select the A/D converter’s positive reference voltage AVREFP or the A/D converter’s negative<br />

reference voltage AVREFM as the target of A/D conversion.<br />

When using the A/D test function, specify the following settings:<br />

● Select AVREFM as the target of A/D conversion when converting the internal 0 V.<br />

● Select AVREFP as the target of A/D conversion when converting AVREF.<br />

The ADTES register can be set by an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.<br />

Reset signal generation clears this register to 00H.<br />
