Caution When using the alternate function TO10, set the port latch to 0.<br />

When using the alternate function LTxD1 or SCK00, set the port latch to 1.<br />

When using P10 as a general-purpose port, specify the port settings so that the alternate function<br />

outputs are fixed (Timer to 0 and Serial to 1).<br />
