4.2.12 Port 13<br />

48-pin products: P137 functions as a 1-bit Input port.<br />

64-pin products: P137 functions as a 1-bit Input port.<br />

80-pin products: P137 functions as a 1-bit Input port.<br />

100-pin products: P130 functions as a 1-bit Output port, P131 to P136 function as a 6-bit I/O port, and P137<br />

functions as a 1-bit Input port.<br />

P130 is a 1-bit output-only port with an output latch.<br />

P131 to P136 is a 6-bit I/O port with an output latch. P131 to P136 can be set to the input mode or output mode in 1-bit<br />

units using port mode register 13 (PM13). When the P131 to P136 pins are used as an input port, use of an on-chip pullup<br />

resistor can be specified in 1-bit units by pull-up resistor option register 13 (PU13).<br />

P137 is a 1-bit input-only port.<br />

Input to the P135 pin can be specified through a normal Schmitt3 input buffer or a Schmitt1 input buffer, using port<br />

input mode register 13 (PIM13).<br />

Output from the P136 pin can be specified as normal CMOS output or N-ch open-drain output (VDD tolerance), using<br />

port output mode register (POM).<br />

These pins also function as timer I/O, output pins for the sound generator, serial interface data I/O ,and segment signal<br />

outputs for the LCD controller/driver.<br />

To use P131 to P136 as the port function, refer Table 4-12.<br />
