3. The slew rate control generates a cross current in the output stage to control the energy of the external<br />

inductive load. The cross current flows only during the output transition time tR, tF. It flows in addtion to the<br />

output current. The cross current is not tested,but derived from simulation.<br />

4. The output buffer can not generate high or low pulses shorter than this time, because of its slew rate<br />

control system. This value is not tested,but derived from simulation.<br />

5. The slew rate control function causes a deviation of output pulse time compared to the ideal selected<br />

output pulse setting. This value is not tested,but derived from simulation.<br />

5. Indicates the dispersion of 16 PWM output voltages.( 4 buffers’ output voltage differences in the state of<br />

IOH(IOL) at the same time.) Not tested in production, specified by design.<br />
