(9) High-speed on-chip oscillator trimming register (HIOTRM)<br />

This register is used to adjust the accuracy of the high-speed on-chip oscillator.<br />

With self-measurement of the high-speed on-chip oscillator frequency via a timer using high-accuracy external clock<br />

input (timer array unit), and so on, the accuracy can be adjusted.<br />

The HIOTRM register can be set by an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.<br />

Reset signal generation clears this register to default value (undefined).<br />

Caution The frequency will vary if the temperature and VDD pin voltage change after accuracy<br />

adjustment. When the temperature and VDD voltage change, accuracy adjustment must be<br />

executed regularly or before the frequency accuracy is required.<br />
