COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TURKREPUBLICSProf. Dr. Anvar KASIMOV*The problem eonfronted at fırst by the new Turk republics foundedwithin the borders of the former Soviet Union and Turkey, dialect fromthe current profound difference in dialect between the Turk communities.These communities spoke two dialects before the 1917 October Revolutionand easily communicated with these dialects. Before the OctoberRevolution Çağatay and Anatolian Turk were spoken, there was no diffıcultyin communication, books published in istanbul, Tashkent, Kazanand Baku were read easily every where and there was profound political,social and cultural communication.Within the Soviet period, as a result of the attempt to create differentnations and in this way, to spoil the unity of the Soviet Union, languagelost its identity of a "common" element to every nation and turned to anumber of different languages. Indeed, differences in the alphabet andreading were created that made it difficult to read a book in region otherthen the Turk region where it was published. On the other hand, withinthe same period, Turkey experienced an alphabet revolution.Among the examples to be given in this cultural communicationframework are the lOOth anniversary celebrations of 2İst March NewrozHoliday and the lOOOth anniversary celebrations of Manas Epic, celebrationof Al-Bukhary, Al-Fergany and Al-Horezmi.Hovvever, with the development of relations, it was seen that it wasalso a wide gap in communication relations between the Turk republics.Turkey started communication of the interstate level by being thefırst country to recognize Central Asia Turk Republics. The first step towardsmass communication started with the broadcast of the Voice ofTurkey radio station was to crate for the language needs of Central Asia.The fırst step other independence, it is the start of broadcasting of Eur-University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent.577
