USING THE EXPERIENCE OF TURKEY INECONOMY REFORM OF THE REPUBLIC OFTAJIKISTANProf. Dr. Inom A. ASROROV*The Republie of Tajikistan is young sovereign state of Central Asia.To find its place in the world system, it is necessary to reform economyby intensive rate.Before 1992, the Rebuplic of Tajikistan was the part of USSR, andits economy was subordinated to the aims of common economic complexof USSR. Forming structure of economy in RT was quit up to the requirementsof economy of common large state. However, after disintegrationof USSR, after distraction of economic relations between union republics,such structure couldn't suit demands on independent economy of sovereignstate. It's having to reconcile in motion. It's the fırst. The second,the Republie of Tajikistan is transition from comand-administrative to themarket economy. So, economy must be demand on the market, i.e., itshould be effective, rentable, export orientally and responsive to the science-technicalprogress and realization these problems demand on seriouseconomy reform.The third, economy of Tajikistan is in crisis conditions and sufferedin the result of the civil war (1992-1994). Way out of the crisis is impossiblewithout economy reform. The processes of economy reform is complicated,demand to take into account not only concrete local conditionsof each state, but also international experiences in decision of analogousproblems.Turkish experience of economy reform is more interesting. The fırst,Turkey has 75 years of experiences of independent development of economy.Turkish Republie was proclamed in 23 Oct., 1923.
