|2/25/05 12:52:38 PM|Steve|N.J.||dmmsrm@comcast.net.||||10|Kent,yeah,I remember
watching Foreman vs Frazier.Do you remember,in those days they had closed
circuit tv at places like the Cherry Hill Colliseum? I'll never forget Howard
Cosell screaming at the top of his lungs,"Joe Frazier is down,Joe Frazier is
down,Joe Frazier is down!"|
|2/25/05 12:57:49 PM|Steve|N.J.||dmmsrm@comcast.net||||10|Massimo,if you ever
|2/25/05 01:08:19 PM|Steve|N.J.||dmm||||10|Hey Massimo,a Philly cheese steak is
very eatable,or it's very good to eat.Most pizza in this country,is lousy.Which
is why I order it every Friday night,so I don't have to cook for my wife.|
|2/25/05 01:09:08 PM|Massimo |Roma||spaghetti,pizza,lasagne,caffe'.com||||10|And
if you ever tasted a dish of LASAGNE, you wouldn't even care about the Philly
cheese steak (...Whatever it is...). |
|2/25/05 01:20:04 PM|Massimo|Roma||4||||10|Steve from New Jersey-Pizza
is not easy to cook at all ! You have to know 1 hundred tricks to cook the pizza
in the right way (properly). Only a little part of the Italians can really cook
pizza. In Neaples probably they cook the BEST PIZZA you can find on this planet.
Don't trust anyone about the pizza over there in New Jersey. Pizza is an Italian
stuff ! Only in Italy my friend, only in Italy ! Wilt Chamberlain never ate the
real pizza !|
|2/25/05 01:40:41 PM|Steve |N.J.||dmmsrm@comcast.net.||||10|ALLRIGHT MASSIMO!
Now your talkin trash!You know,alot of Italians brought their cooking skills
over here when they came to America.LASAGNE,happens to be my wife's specialty.If
you ever tasted it,you would pass out from delight!|
|2/25/05 01:57:18 PM|Massimo |Roma||4||||10|Lasagne is easily in my top ten
among my favorite piatti. Lasagne is Francesco Totti's favorite piatto. Who is
Francesco Totti ? He is the tenth king of Roma. The eighth was Tarquinio il
Superbo, the ninth was Paulo Roberto Falcao, the tenth is Francesco " er pupone
" (in Roman dialect) Totti, one of the best players in the wordl (if not the
very best). |
|2/25/05 02:02:39 PM|Steve|N.J.||dmmsrm@comcast.net.||||10|Massimo,my wife and
her sisters have fought over the recipe for grandmother's gravy for years.I,
myself,as a skilled Irish cook,have never been able to dublicate it.|
|2/25/05 02:12:36 PM|Kent|The Temecula Indian Reservation||same as
before||||10|The only ethnic food my family would know about is something called
Wiiwish, it is a Native Ameican food made out of acorns from oak trees and it is
pronounced literally, "we wish" as in the Indians saying, "We wish we didn't
have to eat this stuff!" as it is not very good. Apparently the cook is supposed
to add honey or some other sugar to get rid of the bitter taste of the acorns
and it has to be cooked just right in order to taste good.|
|2/25/05 02:18:56 PM|Steve|N.J.||NA||||10|Hey Massimo,does PIATTI,meam food?|
|2/25/05 02:20:37 PM|Angelo|Washington, DC||funktron@yahoo.com||||10|Massimo:
Do you buy Barilla pasta?Me? I like a good NY style pizza. Thin crust,
tangy red sauce and good cheese. Northeastern Pennsylvania (Scranton/Wilkes-
Barre) has a bunch of small family owned pizza places that are the best
anywhere. As for Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, etc., they can fall off the
face of the earth and I wouldn't miss them! Philly Cheese Steaks? Jim's on
South Street? |
|2/25/05 02:33:43 PM|Steve|N.J.||dmmsrm@comcast.net||||10|Hey Kent,dont knock
