Diabetes, yet you've actually passed out,it,s not from eating too many salty
snacks.Even if you've had a glucose tolerance blood test, where you have to
fast,get blood drawn,then eat breakfast,and come back two hours later,it won't
always pick up hypoglycemia.Hypoglycemia is almost impossible to diagnose. You
could also be having an anxiety attack. Don't laugh,it happens to the best of
us.|
dismiss.MAYBE you should carry around some orange juice,or an apple.I guess you
know that on a strict diet, vitamin supplements are very important. If your
to pass out but I don't anymore and I haven't done so for a while. I did go to
the doctor and that is why I tested for diabetes and other blood sugar problems
and the tests came back negative. I do believe that I could have been
diabetic when that was happening but because of diet and exercise I have beaten
it.Thanks for your concern though.|
the same reaction to junk foods that i quit eating. When i started eating candy
and soft drinks again they didn't taste right anymore. I use to love Coke and
Pepsi and now i can't stand them. Maybe its the bodys way of telling us
something.DON'T look for other people to notice or appreciate your
weight loss. Most people are too self centered to have any interest in someones
weight loss. You'll notice and your close friends will and thats enough. In
fact just you is enough. Keep it up, you're doing great.|
three years ago, the last time I went to the doctor before recently, I took some
tests and the doctor asked me if I drank booze a lot as my liver function was
lower than normal.I have never been a big drinker and my recent tests
show normal liver function. I saw a program on television recently
where a man who was physically fit ate nothing but Mcdonalds food for a month
and he didn't exersise during the month either. He gained over 20 pounds
in the month and his tests showed lower liver function. The program mentioned
that junk food is not good for the liver, while not as bad as alchohol, it still
can damage the liver, that was a shock and while the program, "Supersize Me,"
didn't cause me to eat better, it is reminder about what I was doing to myself.
lightweight Augie Panatellas of Atlantic City over the next few days. Thanks for
the story about Briscoe; it was very interesting.Kent, I had some
allergies years ago and this is what I discovered from specialists. Over a
period of time, if we over eat the same foods day in and day out, we can build
up an exposure allergy to them. Especially in fast, junk foods, there are too
many preservatives and chemicals and they gradually weaken our immune systems
until we are allergic to those substances. The symptoms of allergy can be
many such as rashes, tiredness during the day, insomnia at night, asthma, mood
swings, bowel problems, etc. Generally speaking, you are usually allergic to the
food you crave most (ie white bread, sugary foods, etc). During your diet, eat
