Chuvalo, Cooper, London, Mildenburger, Williams, Terrell and Folley. All these
guys were generally accepted as viable opponents to challenge for the
title.Joe Frazier fought from 1965 through to 1969 when Ali had his
title stripped. Of all those top fighters that Ali defended his title against,
Frazier only faced Chuvalo.The top heavies of that time, who were good
enough to challenge for the title, but whom Frazier never fought were: Liston,
Patterson, Cooper, London, Mildenburger, Williams, Terrell, and

whatever!! I guess if taking cheap shots makes you a tough guy, then you must
be the baddest man on the planet. I am not going to respond further to
you or Noam's personal attacks so if you guys can't stick to the issues, which I
have tried to do before my character was attacked by Noam and now you, then I
won't respond anymore to you.James Toney definitly would recognize me
but he probably doesn't know me by name. I have personally interviewed
him and have spoken to him on several occasions. I guess I can't be that much
of a wimp if I said, right to Toney that he was too heavy for his last fight,
which I believe, and while I didn't mean any disrespect to him, it pissed him
off big time. If you don't believe me, ask Craig Goossen or Mary from Goossen
Tutor promotions, as they were standing right there, about Kent from Eastside
Boxing and Toney at the Trump 29 Casino in Coachella, Ca what happend. It was
after the Forbes/Quinonez card there in about October.|

phrase,back off,relax,regain your perspective! I have alot of respect for
Kent,Angelo,and Forrest.I have talked to Kent several times over the phone.He's

analysis of Shavers not deserving a fight with a top contender of champion like
Frazier when such a fight would have been more likely. He would be deserving
later on, after Joe had gone from the scene but why before? Frazier
didn't fight another erratic slugger named Jeff Merrit either but what did
Merrit ever do to merit, ha! ha! such a fight. Oh no, another slugger Joe
avoided!If I had the energy, which is quickly fading on the subject, I
could go through a similar analysis of why Joe wasn't avoiding Lyle either but
the Frazier critics would just keep saying in general that there is some
connection between why one fighter fights someone and not someone else when the
truth is we have to analyze every situation seperately.Steve, I only
lash out when I am unfairly treated and I would really be a wuss if I didn't say
anything and just let them get away with it.I wish we could ask Mike
Quarry about this subject but he has more important things to focus on besides
this relative nonsense and I sure do wish Jerry and Jimmy were still around. I

Groupies take the cake !First of all, Groupie 1 asserts that the Frazier
v Quarry (2) fight was officially sanctioned as an eliminator.When Noam
questions the accuracy of this assertion, Groupie 2 abuses him. After Noam
continued to question the assertion, both Groupie 1 and 2 abuse him.But
when put to the test, Groupie 2 acknowledges that the fight was only sanctioned
by MSG and the State Authority. When pressed, he even acknowledges that the
world governing body hadn't sanctioned it, nor had the champion
