In this work, we synthetized and characterized PbS nanoparticles, the main goal
is to find a simplified synthesis with the less number of reagent and without use
of agents like ammonium or ammonia; our formulation is based on use one
source precursor, a complexing agent and a source of sulfide, diluting with
acetylacetone. This PbS nanoparticles were characterized using a Transmission
Electron Microscopy, Raman and UV-vis spectrometry. The TEM images showed
the formation of size particles in the range of 1μm, while of the UV-vis
transmission spectrum was obtained an energy bandgap of 2.71eV.
Acknowledgment:
We gratefully acknowledge the use of TEM facilities at the TEM Laboratory of
Universidad de Sonora, as well as to the Bionanoingenieria Laboratory for the
use of VWR Spectrophotometer UV-6300PC UV-vis double beam, also we
acknowledgment to the Posgrado en Nanotecnologia of Universidad de Sonora
for the facilities for the use of spectrometry equipment. BGZP acknowledge to
