FAXMA(1-X)PBI3 DEVELOPED WITH PEROVSKITE STRUCTURE FOR<br />

In this project the influence of the formulation of the<br />

Formamidinium(FA)/Methylammonium(MA) compounds is studied, where the<br />

parameters for the adequate growth of the thin films of the compound bicathion<br />

FAXMA(1-X)PBI3 with crystalline structure are determined in perovskite, using the<br />

spin coating technique. To carry out this study, the proportion of<br />

Formamidinium/Methylammonium between x=0 and x=1 is seen and analysis<br />

of its optical, structural and morphological properties using techniques as X-Ray<br />

Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force<br />

Microscopy (AFM).<br />
