With rapid progress in recent years, hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSC) are
promising candidates for a new generation of highly efficient thin film
photovoltaic technologies, for which up-scaling is an essential step toward
commercialization. In this work, we propose a novel method to deposit the
CH3NH3PbI3-xClx (MAPbI3-xClx) perovskite film. This method consists in a chemical
deposition followed by a vapor reaction, which allow the obtainment of a pinholes-free
film with a tunable thickness. This method also allows the use of
different substrates. The obtained films were characterized by profilometry, UV-
Vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy.
