THE THIN FILMS OF THE COMPOUND Cs(X) FA(1-X) PbI3 WITH<br />

PEROVSKITE STRUCTURE FOR USE AS AN ACTIVE LAYER ON<br />

SOLAR CELLS<br />

In this work it has been established parameters for the synthesis of thin films of<br />

Perovskite CsX FA(1-X) PbI3 from the precursors FAI and PbI2 using as solvent<br />

gamma-butyrolactone (GBL). As a method of deposition, it was used the spin<br />

coating technique on a glass substrate, thereby obtaining the films that will be<br />

used as an active layer on the hybrid solar cells. It was evaluated the effect of<br />

the Cesium (Cs) / Formamidinium (FA) ratio in the optical, morphological and<br />

structural properties of thin films of CsX FA(1-X) PbI3 with Perovskite structure<br />

through diffuse reflectance measurements, X-ray diffraction (DRX), scanning<br />

electron microscope (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). From the results<br />

obtained by the measurements made it was possible to establish synthesis<br />

parameters that assurance of good material properties such as film thickness,<br />

energy gap and photonic absorption coefficient, it is presenting of this way<br />

greater thermal and structural stability, these results are favorables for the<br />

development efficient and low-cost of solar cells of type Perovskite.<br />
