too, one of them is the back contact, where region p+ is necessary, dipping is an<br />

alternative to create this region because is a chemical technique<br />

P+ region was created a NaHTe solution, which allows the formation of Te films,<br />

after P+ region was deposited; a heat treatment was made to the CdTe+Te films.<br />

XRD, SEM imagen, EDS, and electrical characterizations was measured of these<br />

films to study the P+ region. P+ region was created a NaHTe solution, which<br />

allows the formation of Te films, after P+ region was deposited; a heat treatment<br />
