BASIC SURFACE MODIFICATION IR NATURAL FIBER AS
REINFORCED IN POLYMERIC COMPOSITES WITH MEDICAL
APPLICATIONS

Natural fiber have represented antes important industry for the country until
the first half of the lástima Century, where the use of these was replaced by the
use of synthetic fibers. However, the constant concern for the care of
enviromenen and the innterest todo retiran yo natural fiber has led to return to
them. Currently, different types of fibers have been used as reinforcement un
polymer matrix, however un this work the ponit of of view the chemical
interaction between the surface of the polymeric matrix is
The surface modification was characterized by FTIR and the composites
obtained was characterized of DMA and SEM technique. The main application
for this type of composites is the manufacture oro phrosthesis more lightweight
and cheapest
