deposited and heated films are of 2.0-2.2 and 1.6-1.8 eV, respectively. The<br />

Raman spectroscopy analysis showed the presence of three peaks at 195, 260,<br />

and 456 cm -1 , which correspond to the stibnite. Finally, it is shown the<br />

performance of these Sb2S3 thin films into the development of SSCSs.<br />
