ANANAS COMOSUS CULTIVATION IN ORDER TO OBTAIN<br />

BIOELECTRICITY.<br />

The electricity obtaining through fossil fuel like hydrolectric reservoir,<br />

thermoelectric plants and nuclear, all this causes an environmental global<br />

problem. Faced with this problem this study evalueted the biolectricity<br />

production using Ananas comosus crops, these were cultivated with the use of<br />

the land of savanna individually in twenty rectangular experimental units of 40<br />

centimeters by 60 centimeters, two electrodes were placed for each<br />

experimental unit in order to measure the current and the voltage generated by<br />

the biogeochemical process between the culture medium and the environment.<br />

The voltage and current were measure off with a steren MR multimeter. Likewise,<br />

a series circuit was used to measure the current. The 20 experimental units were<br />

divided into five groups, having a total of four repetitions per treatment. A<br />

different fertilizer (chemical and biological) was applied to three groups for the<br />

purpose of evaluating if there is an increase in the production of voltage and<br />

current, leaving two control groups (Ananas comosus without fertilizer and soil<br />

without Ananas comosus or fertilizer). The experiment results were evaluate in<br />

the statist pack STATGRAPHIC CENTURION. The kruskal wallis analysis didn´t<br />

show a significate statist diferents(p˃0.05) between the voltaje median ,<br />

however in the current there were significant statistical differences (P = 0.004)<br />

with 95% confidence. A maximum average of 13,325 mA and a minimum of 0.2<br />

mA was found. The bioelectricity generated by this method is an alternative with<br />

great application potential<br />
