RESEARCH FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE OFFICE OF
NAVAL RESEARCH GLOBAL (ONRG) ACROSS LATIN AMERICA

Since its creation in 1946, the Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) has
supported science & technology advances throughout the world via funding
opportunities for institutions through a series of mechanisms. The end result of
this effort has led to key technological developments that benefit not just the
Naval forces, but also partner nations, and the world overall. In this talk, I will
discuss the role of Naval S&T investments throughout Latin America,
technologies of particular interest to the Naval Research Enterprise, and
mechanisms available to our Latin American partners for funding their
corresponding research.
