The purpose of this study is to examine the antibacterial and biodegradation
properties of Starch/Mimosa Tenuiflora/Zinc Oxide films produced by casting
method. The morphology chemical, and semi-crystalline structures were
obtained by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), FT-IR analysis, and X-ray
Diffraction. The antibacterial and biodegradation properties were analyzed
through turbidimetric method and incubation. The results indicate that the films
could be used as materials for biomedical applications.
