estructural. La principal limitación del estudio es el bajo nivel muestral (238 enfermeras de
3 instituciones), aspecto que solo permite una identificación casuística del instrumento y no
estructuración generalizable para todo el contexto, lo cual hace imperante ampliar el
espectro de análisis. Se sugiere en futuras investigaciones, el integrar en el análisis, algunas
variables dependientes de resultado como serían: el rendimiento, la satisfacción o el
compromiso organizacional, con el objetivo de determinar la posible influencia causal de
variables independientes como la Satisfacción por empatía y el Desgaste por empatía en las
anteriores.
