estructural. La principal limitación del estudio es el bajo nivel muestral (238 enfermeras de<br />

3 instituciones), aspecto que solo permite una identificación casuística del instrumento y no<br />

estructuración generalizable para todo el contexto, lo cual hace imperante ampliar el<br />

espectro de análisis. Se sugiere en futuras investigaciones, el integrar en el análisis, algunas<br />

variables dependientes de resultado como serían: el rendimiento, la satisfacción o el<br />

compromiso organizacional, con el objetivo de determinar la posible influencia causal de<br />

variables independientes como la Satisfacción por empatía y el Desgaste por empatía en las<br />
