ers, senior management and other stakeholders with a direct impact on the relevant stakeholders.
2.1.1.6 PROJECT RISKS
Possible risks to the project can be due to:
– unclearly defined project goals
– the objective environment of a project
– or further risk situations.
A risk index should be established at the start of the project. The following information is summa-
rized in a risk table for each identified risk:
– Description of the identified risks
– Probability of risk occurrence by assigning risk categories (e. g. low, medium, high)
– Putative implications for the project if the risk occurs through classification (e.g. low,
medium, high).
