These are composed of the tasks of the project to be fulfilled (Fig. 17). In organization projects,
a task-related classification makes sense, particularly if a functional departmental classification
is present. In a task-oriented differentiation, project sections and work packets are shown which
are related to various objects and/or partial systems in the project. The phase plan can be used
on level 1 in this form of project breakdown.
