ESTABLISHMENT OFFICER (CIVIL) ( Grade A/GX)
Establishment Officer (Civil) is Sectional head of Establishment Section.
He is responsible to AGM(C) for proper functioning of Establishment Section.
His duties and responsibilities are briefly as under :

1) To look after all Establishment matters of entire Civil Engineering Branch
including promotion to non-schedule staff.
2) Conducting departmental inquiries against Schedule and Non-Schedule
Staff working in entire Civil Engineering Branch.
3) To exercise control over Stenos / Typists.
4) To put up proposal in respect of Establishment variations.
5) To exercise control on Library
6) Scrapping of old records
7) To take preliminary steps for the recruitment of Non-Schedule Technical
Staff i.e. to forward requisitions to Employment Exchange, Scrutiny of
applications etc.
8) To arrange for interview Panel Meeting.
9) Control over filing work and dispatch.
10) Deputation and training programme.
11) Conference Hall.
12) Budget provision in respect of stationary printing and drawing material,
clothing items etc.
