He also carries out the duties as may be assigned to him
from time to time by Jt.CWO/SWO in exigencies of the work of
the Welfare Department/ undertaking.
WELFARE OFFICER (HOSPITALISATION)
WO (Hosp.) is working under the control and supervision
of Jt. CWO/ SWO and deals with the matters pertaining to the
Hospitalisation Scheme of the Undertaking and is performing
the following duties.
1) Maintenance of imprest cash of Rs. 3 lacs and to
maintain its proper accounting, books of Accounts as
prescribed by the undertaking, from time to time.
2) Submission & obtaining the management’s sanctions of
the Various medical proposals of advances, Payments to
hospitals, Passing of necessary journal entries, payments
to employee patients.
3) Visits to employee patients, Doctors treating our
employees, obtaining estimates, utilization certificates
