16) To prepare graphs and charts for Administration Reports.
17) To report cases of theft and of special nature when detected.
18) The Senior Draughtsman is required to assist and give guide
line to Junior Draughtsman while preparing drawings.
19) To bring immediately to the notice of superiors any difficulties
/ problems / unusual incidents during the working period.
20) To attend other specific works as assigned by superior officers
from time to time.
