He shall be responsible to the Draughtsman / Chief Draughtsman /
Deputy Engineer / Assistant Engineer and other superior officers as the case
may be. His duties and responsibilities are as follows:-
1) To trace completion plans of buildings and lands.
2) To do colouring of the prints in accordance with the original
drawings and folding of prints as per approved norms.
3) To prepare drawings for substations and small structures.
4) To prepare tracings, graphs and charts out of furnished data
and as per instructions.
5) To assist Draughtsman in taking measurements on site.
6) To report cases of thefts and of special nature when detected.
7) To bring immediately to the notice of superiors any difficulties
/ problems. / unusual incidents during the working period.
8) To attend other specific works assigned by superiors officers
from time to time.
