He shall appear and plead in the Undertaking’s matter filed before the
President of Industrial Court, Mumbai, Labour Courts, Criminal Courts under
Negotiable Instrument Act and Indian Penal Code, Consumer Courts and
Electrical Inspector and other matters marked to him from time to time.
He shall prepare written statements in the cases filed before the Industrial
Court, Labour Court, Arbitrator, Electrical Inspector, CDRF and other courts
marked to him.
He shall scrutinize the orders of the various courts and prepare necessary note
s for obtaining management’s sanction to file an Appeal in such matters, or
for accepting the orders with reasons.
He shall give opinion in any of the matters that shall be marked to him.
He shall examine the matters received for settlement and offer his views in
the matter.
He shall perform any other duties that shall be assigned to him from time to
time in the exigencies of the Undertaking.
7. ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISER-II
He shall perform the following duties:

He shall carry out the liaison work as assigned to him from time to time.
