39) To liaise with other departments in respect of structures
designed for their use, to get their requirements approvals, etc.
40) To obtain approval to the plans for various statutory
authorities.

41) To supervise and monitor the work of draughtsman and
tracers.
42) To deal with matters and things connected with
Mahanagarpalika, Reliance Energy Ltd. and other local bodies
including necessary correspondence and visits for various
purposes, particularly water supply, drainage, electric supply,
lift, etc.
43) To visit other organisations for collecting data required to
design typical structures.
44) To inspect old structures of the Undertaking whenever
necessary, scrutinise and suggest remedial measures to
render them safe and improve the services, viz. Water supply,
drainage and electricity.
45) To visit construction sites whenever necessary to check
reinforcement of complicated structures and to inspect the
foundation strata.
