61. relieve other S/Guard for tea, rest, nature’s call at the specified times;
62. immediately put up reports in respect of any matters
63. Assist in :
referred above on Havaldar’s report form in triplicates;
i) removal/demolition of hutments by ensuring that there
is no breach of peace;
ii) eviction of illegal/unauthorized occupants of the Undertaking’s
premises;
iii) carrying out raids in respect of theft of electricity.
G. Dealing with Outsiders :
In dealing with outsiders, the Security Guard shall :
64. be courteous;
65. make polite enquiries about the nature and purpose of
their visit and permit them entry after getting relevant
entries made in the Visitor’s Register;
66. guide them properly.
67. allow entry to the Contractor’s men in specified number
for carrying out specified work for specified time;
