in conformity with the provisions of the B.I.R. Act,
1946.
6) The Reference shall be made within a period of 3
months and 15 days from the date of the order to be
arbitrated upon by the Arbitrator.
7) Individual disputes if any before the
Labour/Industrial Courts may be jointly referred by
the Undertaking, delinquent employee himself or
through the Representative Union within a period of
3 months from the date of the Agreement.
8) The delinquent employee may appear before the
Arbitrator himself or he may be represented before
the Arbitrator by the Representative Union or a co-
employee and the Undertaking will be represented
by Law Officer.
9) The Award of the Arbitrator shall come into
operation on the date to be specified in the Award by the
Arbitrator and it shall be binding on the employer, the
Representative Union and the delinquent employee
concerned.
b) LOCATION OF THE ARBITRATION OFFICE
Arbitrator’s office is situated at Arum Chambers,
Tardeo, Mumbai.
c) ESTABLISHMENT
One Stenographer, one Clerk and one Sepoy is
provided to assist the Arbitrator in his work. This staff
is on the establishment of Legal Department.
