The Welfare Officer renders the monthly visits to these
employee patients for redressal of their grievances and
checking of food quality, general cleanliness in the ward,
timely changing of bed sheets etc. Besides this, One
Medical Officer also visits Bimonthly to observe and assess
the medical treatment, diet and to screen the recuperate
condition of our employee patients. The medical officer also
discusses the line of medical treatment rendered to our
employee patients with the medical authorities of the
hospital and

submits his report to the Management. During the visits of
the Medical Officers & Welfare Officers, they discuss the
grievances of the patients with the hospital authorities and
solve their problems by giving necessary instructions to the
concerned staff.
4. THE ARRANGEMENT OF BLOOD DONATION CAMPS
AT VARIOUS DEPOTS/WORKSHOPS :
On an average 20 Blood Donation camps are organized
annually at various Depot/Workshop in co-ordination with K.E.M.,
Rajawadi and Cooper Hospital Blood bank. These blood units
deposited in the Blood banks. Whenever the employee patients and
their family members requires the blood, they are supplied from
