the new master file, with the closing nos. of the block of the day as
opening nos. for the next day’s job, is created. Various lists and
summaries for the day are printed. In this system the details of the day’s
work are available in the morning of the next day.
Various reports generated under this system are as follows :-
(i) Block Issue Register.
(ii) Counter staffwise cash collected.
(iii) Statement of shortage/excess, if any.
(iv) Conductorwise Extensions/Valuation Register.
(v) Routewise Extension/Valuation Register.
(vi) Conductor’s Incentive Bonus Calculation.
(vii) Monthly reports of routewise performance.
The work of S.T.C. Office and Centralised Cash Room (CCR) at Wadala
is being computerised.
4.3.3 Traffic Department
a) Under the Depot Computerisation project, the Online system is
implemented at all the depots.
The following applications of the depot Traffic Department are
computerised.
a.1 Activities of Administrative Office :-
i) Imprest Cash
ii) Court Cases
iii) Charge sheet and Summary cases
iv) Leaves (Casual, Medical, Sports, Special,
v)
Accident) Substitute Off entry and all the related
registers.
Weekly Offs, Holidays applications entry and
related reports.
vi) Inventory and Student concession I-Card, Senior
Citizen I-Card and I-Card for Mentally retarded.
vii) Incentive bonus paid to ‘B’ Grade Officers,
Inspectors, Starters and Drivers.
viii) Allowances paid to ‘B’ Grade Officers of Traffic
Department (Compensatory and Meal).
ix) Clothing register
