allowances as per the rates shown in Appendix ‘F’ of
Establishment Schedule as and when they are required to work in
excess of their normal working hours for attending to faults /
breakdown outside their normal duty hours and/or working in
excess of their normal working hours on pre-arranged routine
work and/or attending to detection work of theft of energy cases
outside their normal duty hours and/or attending for
breakdown/maintenance outside their normal duty hours and/or
working in additional shift over and above their normal duty
hours.
Also vide BCR No. 204 dtd. 11.7.1994, the ‘B’ grade Traffic Outdoor
Officers viz. Senior Traffic Officer in grade G-10, Traffic
Officer in grade G-9 and Assistant Traffic Officer in grade G-8 are
eligible for payment of compensatory allowance as per the rates
shown in Appendix ‘F’ of establishment schedule as and when
they are required to perform extra hours of work in excess of their
normal duty hours under the following circumstances :
a) Natural calamities :
i) Heavy Rain, Flooding etc.
ii) Accident, Bomb Blast etc.
b) Festive occasions: Bandra Fair, Mahim Fair, Mahalaxmi Fair,
Ganpati Immersion, Mahashivratri, Radha
Swami Satsang Annual, Erangal Fair, Kojagiri
Poornima, Bassi Idd, Bhau-beej, Raksha
Bandhan etc.
c) Disorganization of Local Trains.
d) Implementation of Revision of Bus-fare.
e) Disturbance in the City.
The above eligible Officers of Supply Branch and Traffic
Department are filled up prescribed compensatory allowance forms
and forwarded to Audit Department through their Head of
Department/Division for checking. After checking of these forms,
