user departments & Welfare department.
Fulfillment of statutory requirement.
I) The canteen contractors are required to comply with
various statutory provisions and run the canteens in
accordance with the terms of the ‘undertaking’ entered
into by them with the undertaking and follow all the
rules/instructions issued from time to time. They are
also liable to perform and observed all the laws, rules,
bye laws and regulations frame/made by the
Government or Municipal Authorities for the
maintenance and operation of the canteen, as per the
Factories Act 1948 & Rules 1963, Motor Transport
