RESUMO: O Nazismo tinha em sua ideologia um ideal de homem pautado a partir de
um cânone clássico de belo e pretendia, a partir deste cânone, moldar o mundo. Para
isto, seria necessário expurgar os elementos degenerados do corpo da nação alemã. No
fim, todas as atrocidades cometidas encontrariam sua justificativa nesta tentativa de
alcançar a pureza e a beleza. Para difundir sua ideologia, o Nacional Socialismo fez uso
intenso da maquinaria cinematográfica disponível naquele momento histórico, além da
tecnologia proveniente do desenvolvimento das forças produtivas do capitalismo para
eliminar os indesejáveis. Desta forma, dissociar Barbárie Social e Progresso Técnico
configura-se num engano inaudito. Eis os elementos trazidos pelo presente trabalho.

ABSTRACT: Nazism had in its ideology an ideal of man based on a classic canon of
beauty and intended, from this canon, to shape the world. For this, it would be necessary
to purge the degenerate elements of the body of the German nation. In the end, all the
atrocities committed would find their justification in this attempt to attain purity and
beauty. In order to spread its ideology, National Socialism made intense use of the
