BULGARIEPour finir, la Cour suprême administrative est compétente en matière de voies derecours extraordinaires [appel contre les «opredeleniâta» et les «razporeždaniâta» ( 72 );recours en révision, c’est-à-dire «otmâna na vlezli v sila s"debni aktove» ( 73 )].IV.
