mejor los gustos, los <strong>de</strong>seos y las prefer<strong>en</strong>cias <strong>de</strong> su público objetivo. De esta manera, y <strong>de</strong><br />

cara a los resultados conseguidos <strong>en</strong> este estudio, reveló que las <strong>Relaciones</strong> <strong>Públicas</strong> son una<br />

<strong>de</strong> las áreas funcionales con una aptitud mejor a tratar y a interactuar con las tribus <strong>de</strong><br />

consumidores, <strong>en</strong> la gestión y control <strong>de</strong> la información producida y <strong>en</strong> la forma como utiliza<br />

y aprovecha esta misma información con v<strong>en</strong>tajas para la organización.<br />
