Abstract<br />

At the <strong>en</strong>d of 2010, the Television of Galicia modified his organizational structure in his <strong>de</strong>legations,<br />

closing five of them and taking up office in the five remaining ones as own to the producers'<br />

personnel incorporated by judgm<strong>en</strong>ts of workers' illegal transfer, a modification strategic that<br />

concerns the cycle of habitual production from middle of the nineties.<br />

The aim of the investigation is participant <strong>de</strong>scribes the facts, situations and actions happ<strong>en</strong>ed during<br />

the month before the snap of the crisis across the observation, so that it serves to analyze how the<br />

communication was managed before this critical <strong>de</strong>cision before the same one was started on<br />

December 1, 2010.<br />

The wi<strong>de</strong>spread impression of public related to the <strong>en</strong>tity is that the managem<strong>en</strong>t of communication<br />

during this phase of the organizational restructuring has not be<strong>en</strong> quite it correct that could, a major<br />

implication of the company being nee<strong>de</strong>d across the public relations.<br />

For whom they have not lived closely everything through the process before the snap of this crisis,<br />

the same one ev<strong>en</strong> it turns out to be b<strong>en</strong>eficial to consolidate the image and reputation of the TVG<br />

towards the exterior and they inclu<strong>de</strong> it in a more int<strong>en</strong>se and <strong>de</strong>ep movem<strong>en</strong>t of change.<br />

Introducción<br />

Se trata <strong>de</strong> analizar la gestión comunicativa durante un periodo muy concreto, previo al<br />

estallido <strong>de</strong> una crisis pre<strong>de</strong>cible <strong>en</strong> un medio <strong>de</strong> comunicación local, los modos <strong>de</strong> actuar <strong>de</strong><br />

los difer<strong>en</strong>tes actores, tiempos <strong>de</strong> reacción y m<strong>en</strong>sajes emitidos, que la mayoría <strong>de</strong> las<br />

ocasiones no pue<strong>de</strong>n ser reflejados <strong>de</strong> un modo tan natural y espontáneo cuando surge una<br />

crisis.<br />
