Chapter 2: Denial Events<br />

The following tables define and explain the information listed on the Events Report form. The<br />

Event Type tables are grouped by denial event category and denial event number. The Event<br />

Tables list:<br />

● The number that identifies the Event Type. If the Event Type number defines different<br />

denial events in different Communication Manager releases, that information is also listed.<br />

See Table 45: Denial Event types and ranges on page 149.<br />

● Event Description text as it appears on the Events Report.<br />

● An explanation of why the event was generated.<br />

● Type of data in Event Data 1 and Event Data 2 field, for each applicable Event Type,<br />

where this information is available. See Event Data on page 150.<br />

To view denial events, use:<br />

● display events type denial (to see historical denial event logs)<br />

● list trace station<br />

● list trace TAC<br />

Enter list trace to see any available Calling Party Number and Calling Party Name<br />

associated with call setup.<br />

ACD Automatic Call Distribution<br />

ACTGA Attendant Control of Trunk Group Active. Allows an attendant to<br />

take control of a trunk group.<br />
