Prefix 1 dialed in error (NI-2: National ISDN 2)<br />

Cause Value 09 For Autovon switching networks, the call attempt was blocked by a call with a<br />

higher priority reserving the requested channel for reuse.<br />

Cause Value 09 (NI-2) indicates that the network does not want to receive the prefix digit 1 as<br />

part of the digit string in the CALLED PARTY NUMBER.<br />

Troubleshooting<br />

Wait and try the call again later.<br />

Cause Value 10<br />

[0xA/0x8A] -<br />

Prefix 1 not dialed (NI-2: National ISDN 2)/<br />

No channel available (1TR6: AT&T ISDN Protocol)<br />

Cause Value 10 (N1-2) indicates that the user must send the prefix digit 1 as part of the<br />

CALLED PARTY NUMBER.<br />

Cause Value 10 (1TR6) indicates that the call cannot be completed because there is no<br />

appropriate circuit/channel presently available to handle the call request, or that congestion<br />

exists within the ISDN network.<br />

This Cause Value has end-to-end significance and should always be passed back through the<br />

network to the user.<br />

[0xB/0x8B] -<br />

Excessive digits received call proceeding (NI-2: National ISDN 2)<br />

The equipment received more address digits in the CALLED PARTY NUMBER IE than<br />

expected during call origination procedures, and the received address information has been<br />

truncated.<br />

Cause Value 13<br />

Service Denied (NI-1: National ISDN 1)<br />
