2803 ABORT This error applies to IP Media Processors only. The IP interface must be<br />

disabled before running this command.<br />

1. Use the change ip-interfaces screen to disable the media<br />

processor’s IP interface.<br />

2. Enter the command again.<br />

3. If the test passes, re-enable the media processor’s IP interface<br />

using the change ip-interfaces screen.<br />

2966 ABORT This error applies to TN2501 VAL boards only. An announcement<br />

autosave is in progress on the board and the reset cannot be performed<br />

at this time.<br />

1. Wait a few minutes, then retry the command.<br />

1 FAIL The circuit pack or media module failed to reset.<br />

1. Enter the command again.<br />

2. If the problem persists, replace the circuit pack or media module.<br />

2 FAIL The circuit pack or media module failed to restart.<br />

1. Enter reset board location again.<br />

2. If the problem persists, escalate this problem.<br />
