5 ABORT Ringer update aborted. Data module or station not in the in-service state.<br />

PDMODULE, TDMODULE:<br />

1. Verify that the data module is powered (power LED on).<br />

2. Make sure data module is connected to the building wiring, check for<br />

faulty wiring, check for faulty data module.<br />

3. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

4. Replace the Data Module and repeat the test.<br />

5. If the test continues to abort, replace the Digital Line circuit pack and<br />

repeat the test.<br />

DIG-LINE, RDIG-STA: The port could have been busied out by a system<br />

technician.<br />

1. Look in the Error Log for Error Type 18 for this port. If this error is<br />

present, release the port using release station extension.<br />

2. Make sure that the terminal is connected.<br />

3. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

6 ABORT Touch-tone update failed.<br />

1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

7 ABORT Downloadable parameter downlink failed.<br />

1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

8 ABORT Terminal levels audit failed.<br />

1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

1392 ABORT This port is a TTI port. The test does not run on TTI ports.<br />

1. Verify that the port is a TTI port using display port, where the<br />

display shows that the port is a TTI port, or list config, where<br />

the display shows a t for the port.<br />

2. If list config or display port indicate that the port is not a TTI<br />

port, escalate the problem. If both commands indicate that the port is<br />

a TTI port, the abort is correct, and no action is necessary.<br />
