Notes:<br />

a. Error Type 1: the circuit pack has been removed from the system or is not fully<br />

administered. The error is logged immediately after the circuit pack has been removed or 11<br />

minutes after the SAKI test (#53) fails.<br />

To be fully administered, an IP Media Resource must:<br />

● Have an entry on the circuit pack screen (change circuit-pack)<br />

● Have the Media Resource IP address administered (change node-names)<br />

● Be enabled (change ip-interface)<br />

● Be physically inserted into the correct slot<br />
