b. If Error Type 28 occurs in a PN, it refers to the circuit pack in slot A01.<br />

c. If Error Type 61 occurs in a PN, it refers to the circuit pack in slot A10.<br />

d. Error Type 22, 54, 86, 118: Slots B00, C00, D00, and E00 refer to the Service Slots in the<br />

B, C, D, and E carriers.<br />
