Autism Spectrum Disorder is a type of neurological development disruption that affect
mental, emotion, education and someone's memories. Development of self-potential
and education system specialization not emphasized in long term and therapy
provision and education in early stage still do not change existing of major indicator.
Therefore, this research aim to identify and explain process and strategy of learning
and teaching sessions (P&P), also correlations this achievement of children with their
success contribution in future so that can achieve effectiveness that optimum to ASD
children. This research in exploratory stage and survey descriptive study that focus to
qualitative technique divided to observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and
document analysis. Based on research carried out can be divided according to
objective of the research which include two unit education programme in NASOM
Segamat, Johor that is Early Intervention Program and Pre Vocational Program. They
only need different and suitable approach that is to help self-management
development, social interaction and education. This research also able to handle
challenge in child development in terms of communication skill (verbal or non-verbal),
social skill (poor in two-way interaction) and restrictive of imagination power.
