This research is to solve a construction project problem using Critical Pathway Method
(CPM). CPM plays an important in controlling and monitoring the whole construction
project as to ensure the construction schedule is on the right track. A construction project
often facing problems of not completing on time due to poor scheduling. Therefore, the
aim of this project is to minimize the duration of completing a construction project and
to try decrease the delays of completion time by providing a well arrange construction
plan. The construction project used for this particular study is on Makmal Sains Nautika,
which located in University Malaysia Terengganu. The Master Programme of Work is
obtained from Pusat Pembangunan dan Harta to calculate the CPM and Microsoft Office
Project is used to improve the accuracy of calculation. The complete results with further
discussions and suggestions are presented together in this research.
