Home rental management is a profitable process if implemented properly. In particular,
for a landlord who wanted to do business via doing home rental. An effective
communication between landlord and tenant are very important yet difficult to improve,
especially if it is about the problems faced by the tenants. Therefore, the Home Rental
Management System in the management of rented houses should depend on the
cooperation between both parties to have a successful business. Accordingly, the main
objective outlined in this study is to develop a web-based Home Rental Management
System to speed up business and facilitate tenants. The methodology of the study was
waterfall model. A Web-Based Rental Management System has been successfully
developed to provide the convenience for landlords and tenants in managing rental
housing. As a result, the system shows landlord acceptance in how the system can record,
manage and share information with tenants.
