Berth Booking System (BBS) is a web-based system that specially created for Marina &
Duyong Resort (MDR) in order to help their customers to make an online booking berth
for vessels in an effective way. Previously all the process has done manually. The main
objectives outlined in this study is to analyze, design and develop a system which can
help MDR customers to make a booking and the system also handles MDR customers
payment process. The methodology used is the agile methodology because we expected
the direct and active involvement from the user. Thus, with this BBS the MDR customers
can help their problem in managing berthing booking and offer more flexible ways to the
customers.
